Our services

Pitchside Media provides advertising boards, signage, branded merchandise and club websites, as described on this site and agreed with you directly.

Website subscriptions

Club Website and Club Website + Shop packages are billed monthly or annually, as chosen at sign-up, and renew automatically until cancelled. Custom builds are quoted and agreed separately, with payment plans available where agreed in writing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Advertising board proofing

Boards are sent to print only once you've approved the proof through your dashboard. Please check proofs carefully before approving.

Liability

We aim to deliver every project to a high standard, but our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order or subscription, except where the law says otherwise.
